Delete your account
You can delete your HouseScanner account and all data linked to it at any time.
In the app
- Open HouseScanner and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email us from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

- Your account and profile
- Your Tenant Passport, including uploaded documents and references
- Alerts, hunt zones, saved and hidden listings, viewings and notes
- Your profile photo and other uploaded files
- An active Pro subscription is cancelled immediately
What we keep
Payment records of your Pro subscription, for as long as Dutch tax law requires (up to 7 years). These are held by our payment provider Stripe.
